Hey, we’re Craig & Jackie.
We’re a couple from the Midwest with a pretty simple approach to travel — figure out where to eat and drink first, then build the trip around that.
Weekend road trips, longer vacations, last-minute “let’s just go” kind of days — we’re in for all of it. As long as there’s a good brewery, a restaurant worth stopping for, or a winery with a decent pour at the end of it.
Why We Started This
Honestly? We just wanted to keep track of our favorite spots. That turned into writing about them, which turned into this blog, which turned into something we actually really love doing.
Over the last couple of years we’ve eaten and drank our way through a lot of the Midwest — and beyond — and it just made sense to start sharing it with people who are into the same stuff.
We’re not food critics. We’re just two people who really care about a good meal and a well-made drink.
